Central Goldfields Art Gallery

Welcome to the Central Goldfields Art Gallery, located in Maryborough, Victoria. The Gallery features a diverse program of regularly changing exhibitions, including works from the permanent collection, curated exhibitions and touring exhibitions. The Gallery is owned and operated by the Central Goldfields Shire Council. The Gallery is open Thursday to Sunday, 10am-4pm. Free entry. The Gallery will be closed: ANZAC Day and Good Friday. The Gallery will also be closed on 25 December 2024 and reopen 10am 2 January 2024

Our Collection

An art quilt 'Crown Of Thorns' textile made by Suzanne Lyle in 2020 design is mainly reds, black, yellow and white, an abstract design inspired by the crown of thorns plant.
