Art Gallery Strategic Plan cover_drop shadow

Strategic Vision for our Gallery

A strategic vision for our world class Gallery

Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide feedback on Central Goldfields Art Gallery’s Draft Strategic plan in 2023.We're hearing people are excited by the Gallery and that it is important for the Gallery to connect with local people and local artists.

There is a strong interest in programs and education for all levels of the community as well as interest in viewing more of the permanent collection.

Community feedback is now incorporated into the Art Gallery Strategic Plan, which was adopted by Council in December 2023.
We’re proud of our revitalised Central Goldfields Art Gallery, and we want our community to be too! That’s why we called for community feedback on our Draft Central Goldfields Art Gallery Strategic Plan 2023–2026. It’s the first of its kind for the Gallery and will be our roadmap as we seek to maximise the community, cultural and tourism opportunities for this key facility. It will also help us to build on successful programming and partnerships of recent years and position the redeveloped Gallery for an exciting stage of new growth.

If you wish to have a look at the plan more closely you can download the plan here
